Moreover, the Giulesti and Tineretului Stadiums were a second home for the midfielder, who put soul throughout his football career. After retirement, Ilyes began coaching. Now he is a part of the coaching staff at FK Miercurea Ciuc, in children and youth department. In the summer of 2015 Robert took over the group from 2001 to 2002, which will come in August to 2015th edition of Brasov Cup. "From what I saw on the site, the tournament it will be a fantastic one and we are looking forward to participate. For us it will be a very good experience because, apart from AFC Odorhei, we don’t have a worthy adversary in Harghita. I took this group, 2001-2002, only this summer so our goal is to accumulate experience at Brasov Cup and to see who we can rely on in the next edition of the national championship. For me it is a great pleasure to be back in Brasov, a city so dear to me. I’m coming with great happines to Brasov, because I know that I was loved so long and it feels like home. Few players have enjoyed such afection from Brasov fans as I and I can say I take pride in that. It remains to see you in August", said Robert Ilyes.

Former midfielder is not for the first time in Brasov Cup. He was at the most important tournament in SE Europe a few years ago, to cheer for the little ones, and now it is here for the first time as a coach.

Brasov, the most beautiful city in Romania

  • First school in romanian language

First Romanian Language School is located inside the courtyard of St. Nicholas Church in Brasov's Schei historic district, right next to another famous place, Union Square. The first courses in Romanian took place here in 1583. The present building dates from 1760 and was declared a historical monument. Today, the building houses the "First Romanian School Museum" under the leadership of philologist Vasile Oltean.

  • The Black Church, amazing, incredible

The Black Church is the largest and most beautiful Gothic building in Europe. It is located in the center of Brasov, just off the Council Square. The Gothic building was partially damaged by fire in 1689, when its walls were slandered and received its current name .
The Black Church is one of the most important monuments of Gothic architecture in Romania, dating from the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries.

  • The Council Square, medieval air in the 21st Century

The Council Square is perhaps the most famous landmark of Brasov. She was in the Middle Ages, a place where fairs were organized in Brasov accomodating  both Saxons and Romanians as well as those coming from Hungary. You reached the square by Custom Street (now Muresenilor) and near the road were all sorts of goods for sale.
The Council Hall is the main building in the Council Square.
